- My name is Luke Stone and I am the writer and artist behind this series. For the past 10 years I have worked to research and develop this story to not only offer an interesting concept, but to build a plot that helps develop these amazing characters. I also attempt to offer a fresh perspective to matters of faith and humanity within the story.
- This campaign is designed to help people get up to speed with Hybrids as it nears the end of its first 5 issue arc. Issue 4 begins to truly form the world around our characters and we begin to see some deeply human traits in these god-like beings. You even get a chance to see how some of those "normal" humans can have a tenacity and passion that surpasses even the strongest Titan!
- Your contribution will help me bring the rest of this story to comic fans all over. The cost of producing a book like this is not cheap and further more, the cost of printing and marketing can overwhelm the indie artist quickly. With your help, I will be able to take this book to the next level! We will print enough copies to seek widespread distribution and hopefully have enough left to fully produce issue 5 which concludes the first of 3 planned arcs of Hybrids: The Sons of Gods.

The first stories of fantastic creatures and people with god-like abilities first surfaced in Greece in the 8th century BC. We are all aware of these Greek Gods and their stories. What if I told you these stories where inspired by some real-life events? 1,500 years prior to the first accounts of the Greek Gods, the book of Genesis records in chapter 6 a peculiar event. It recounts "the sons of God" coming to Earth and looking upon the daughters of men and enjoying what they see. These angels began to produce offspring with human women and the outcome was an angel/human hybrid called the Nephilim. These Nephilim have their own stories and lore which is all very similar to the stories of the Greek Gods. As it turns out, these tales of Zeus and Poseidon have some roots in reality. Like any good story, there is a bit of truth sprinkled with fiction.

Now what if the real-life inspiration for the Greek Gods, the Nephilim, left behind a little bit of their DNA and over the years it has been lying dormant in men and women walking the streets today like a recessive trait just waiting to wake up? Rather than having a recessive trait that makes you a ginger, or have blue eyes, you could have a recessive traits that gives you the ability to lift buildings, or control time itself!
That is exactly what happens in Hybrids (angel/human hybrids) The Sons of Gods (ancestors of the Greek Gods). Seemingly out of nowhere people begin to develop great abilities like the ancient Greek Gods when all of a sudden, these "hybrids" begin to vanish! Our story follows a small band of heroes desperately trying to stop these traffickers from taking anymore hybrids after their own loved ones have been taken. They are trying to learn who is taking them, where are they taking them, and possibly most disturbing, WHY ARE THEY TAKING THEM?:
