Operation Zephyr was the brainchild of entrepreneurial genius and technological wizard, Oscar Emmanuel Diggs. As the world outside suffered and crumbled, Diggs sought to provide a sanctuary and fresh start for the weary and worn. Years later, this once hopeful paradise has degenerated into a fractured and war-torn battleground.
