The year is 1903, and the sun never sets on the British Empire. But it might. Col. Jordan travels the world to prevent catastrophes and gain intelligence for the Crown. But where do these odd creatures keep coming from?
From the journal of D. Edward Jordan, OBE (deceased):
Spring, 1903 – Went Up the White Nile to recover turncoat’s chemical weapons research before it could be sold on the black market. Encountered the Dingonek – two tons of death destroyed my boat and killed my men. Recovered intelligence.
Winter, 1903 - Searched for the Franklin Expedition to protect Canada from potential Russian incursion. Sealers on Baffin explained ship probably lost further west. Was chased by monstrous worms while crossing The Frozen Deep of Hudson Bay.
Summer, 1903 - Success of Pontine Syndicate may create Prussian-Italian alliance. Avoided malaria. Convinced Italian landlords to align against Germans. Operation destroyed by froghemoth. No wonder Pliny called it The Impossible Marsh.
