Cesar Feliciano has been creating comics for over 25 years.

He has also produced sketch cards for Top Shelf's "Attack of the Martians" anniversary set as well as Leaf's "NFL Greats card set."" and has done storyboarding for film and gaming.

Cesar was also a member of fantasy artist Steve Woron's, Illustration Studio and worked on the Survivors relaunch.

He had the honor of illustrating the biography of Supreme Justice Sonia Sotomayor. A copy of this book is in the Supreme Court Archives.

His works include drawing underground comics such as The Captain's Jolting Tales, Ripperman for Red Anvil, Full Moon Craze for Masterpiece Comics, The Innovators for Dark Moon productions, and his creator owned series, The Red Ten published by Comix Tribe. He is currently working on 3 other projects Gods and Soldiers, Chango and Jin and Tonik with Pulp writer Ron Fortier, being published under his El Guapo Comics imprint.

He has produced illustrated commissions for clients all over the globe and is known as El Guapo on the convention scene.
